Building Structure:  Concrete spread footings, cmu foundation walls, wood bearing walls, wood I-joists, and fabricated wood trusses.

Exterior Finish:  Brick, Morin architectural metal panels, Pella wood windows, and ballasted EPDM roof.

The clinic is a two story facility consisting of a 3,500 SF basement which houses the main systems for both the clinic and surgery center. Lasik surgery is performed in the clinic, and all other operations for both facilities are performed in the operating room of the surgery center. Both buildings are fully sprinkled. The exterior finishes are a combination of brick, ACM panels, and a curtain wall window system. The roof is a EPDM roof system on structural steel and metal decking. The interior is constructed of steel studs and sheet rock. The reception area features a fireplace for patient comfort while waiting for appointments. Interior finishes consist of carpeting, wood flooring, ceramic tile, and vinyl floor coverings.
